Dea's Sorrely Bar is the sire of Dea Pine Dot, she is the newest edition to my broodmare band.  Dea's Sorrely Bar is bred a lot like Freckles Playboy and Colonel Freckles.**
I have lots of memories involving Sorrely.  The first was when I was 3 or 4 and Dad had customers out to look at the studs.  While he was showing them Sorrely he threw me up on Sorrely's back and kept on talking, I suppose it kept me out of his hair!  That wouldn't seem so out of line except Dad forgot about me until chore time.  I had fallen asleep on his back.
When my Dad was in the hospital in 1988 my sister and I took care of the breeding.  We would use Sorrely as the teasing horse and when we were done checking mares we would throw the lead rope around his neck and ride him bareback back to his pen.  This is just another testament of his easy going temperment that he passed to his get.
